Logging into ECCC


 

 

Connect to the ECCCECCCEmployee Child Care Center website and the Login screen appears.

 

 

To access the ECCC system, you must have a valid user name and password. The ECCC system administrator provides this access data to each user of the system.

 

Do the following to access the ECCC system:

 

 

  1. Enter your User Name.

  1. Enter your Password.

  2. Click the "I'm not a robot" box and provide the security verification requested.

  3. Click Login.

 

If an invalid user name or password is entered into the login fields, a message appears. Re-enter your valid user name and password, or contact the ECCC administrator for assistance.

 

 

 

 

Notes:

 

  • A user's account is locked after 5 consecutive attempts to log in. An unsuccessful attempt is defined as entering an invalid password for a valid userid.

  • You will see the following message each time you try to log into a locked account: The account is LOCKED. Please contact the system administrator.

  • You will see the following message each time you attempt to log into an inactive account: The account is INACTIVE. Please contact the system administrator.

 

 

After a successful login, the Welcome to ECCC screen (Home page) appears.
