Click the Account Statements tab from the SACC Registration Online Welcome screen and then click the Invoice tab.
Use this tab to view the SACC account invoice for a specified time period. You can also access a link to pay your SACC bill online.
To create an invoice, do the following:
Enter the beginning month for the invoice in the Begin Date-Month field. The Year field contains the current year.
Enter the ending month for the invoice in the End Date-Month field. The Year field contains the current year.
Click Execute Report to generate the invoice in the PDF formatPDF format . An invoice is included for each month/year specified. On the toolbar, click the Print icon to print the invoice or click the Download icon to download a copy of the file generated.
The Fairfax County School-Age Child Care Invoice contains the following information for each month/year selected:
The first row of the invoice contains the name for the account, the title of the invoice (Fairfax County-School Age Child Care), and the SACCSACC logo.
The second row of the invoice, the account number is displayed, along with the Federal Tax ID number.
The third row of the invoice contains the following columns of information:
Previous Balance Due
Payments Received
Credits
Remaining Balance
Charges (monthly obligation owed to Fairfax County SACC program)
Other Fees
Total Amount Due
Date Due
A Statement Closing Date is displayed along with the statement, Payments received and charges made after closing date will appear on your next statement.
The next row of the invoice is for Payments with space for a dollar amount to appear for Payments Received.
The next row of the invoice is for Credits with space for a dollar amount to appear for Credits.
The next row of the invoice is for Charges for enrollment in the following programs:
BS - Before School
AK - After Kindergarten
AS - After School
WTR - Winter
SPR - Spring
SUM - Summer
The Date and Child Name, the program enrolled in (description), the dollar amounts charged with the total charges displayed appear in this row of information.
The next row of the invoice is for listing Other Fees that were charged to the account. A dollar amount can be entered with space for the total amount of other fees and space for the total amount due to SACC.
The last section of the invoice is the portion that can be detached and returned with the payment. The account number is listed, the date due, the amount due, and a space for SACC to display the amount that was paid. The invoice return portion includes the following information:
Telephone numbers to call for asking questions about either registration or billing.
Where to mail the payment.
Instructions to make check or money order payable to SACC, to write the account number on the check, and to note address changes on the back of the invoice return portion.
The Name and Address for the account, and the date and invoice number appear at the bottom of the invoice (Example: 010720079995214).
To make an online payment, select the Pay My Bill Online link to go to the Fairfax County website to pay your SACC bill. Refer to Pay My Bill Online for more details.
