Logging into SACC Registration Online

Connect to the SACCSchool-Age Child Care Registration Online website, click Login on the menu bar of the Welcome screen and the Login screen appears.

General information and important messages to parents are displayed under the Notice section of the screen.

Accessing the SACC Registration Online

To access the SACC Registration Online system to make changes, you must have a SACC account with a valid email address and password. You must have signed up for online access by filling out the new account application or by calling the Registration staff at 703-449-8989 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Do the following to access the SACC Registration Online system:

Enter the Email Address of the online contact for your SACC account.

Enter your Password.

Click the "I'm not a robot" check box and provide the security verification requested.

Click the Login to an Existing Account button.

Notes:

You will not be able to log into SACC Registration Online if the temporary password has expired (the expiration date/time of the password is in the past).

If you attempt to log into SACC Registration Online when the temporary password has expired, you will see an error message that you should contact SACC registration for a new temporary password.

The SACC Registration Online application displays the following message each time the user attempts to log into a locked account: Your account is locked - Please contact SACC Registration at 703-449-8989 or at saccregistration@fairfaxcounty.gov

The SACC Registration Online application displays the following message each time the user attempts to log into an inactive account: Your account is inactive- Please contact SACC Registration at 703-449-8989 or at saccregistration@fairfaxcounty.gov

If you enter an invalid email address, an error message appears. Re-enter your correct email address or contact Registration Staff at 703-449-8989 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you attempt to log into SACC Registration Online while the system is undergoing maintenance, the following message is displayed: System maintenance is progress. Please try again in 30 minutes.

The email address is not case sensitive.

The email address will not accept leading or trailing spaces.
