Users of this system can manage their child care services and view information about their account.

Registration for the 2024 Winter Camp Fairfax Program and 2025 Spring Camp Fairfax Program will begin on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 8 a.m.

• By phone: Families may call the registration department at 703-449-8989 beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15. Phone lines will be open from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• Families new to the SACC/Camp Fairfax program can access SACC Registration Online at https://sems.dynaxys.com/pa/unsecured/application/applicationHome.xhtml to create an account. If you do not currently have an account and wish to create one, please note it may take up to 5 days for your account to become active. Once your account is active and beginning October 15 at 8 a.m., you may submit a request for services for the 2024 Winter Program and 2025 Spring Program.
• Families with a SACC/Camp Fairfax account may login beginning at 8 a.m. and request services for the 2024 Winter Program and 2025 Spring Program. Please do not log in to the system prior to 8 a.m. If you are in the system prior to that time, you will need to refresh your browser.
• If you have an account but have not logged into your account recently, please login at least 24 hours prior to the enrollment date to ensure you remember your password and can access your online account. If you are locked out of your account or need assistance to reset your password, please do not create an additional account. Please call Registration at 703-449-8989.

2024 Winter Camp Fairfax Program

• The Winter Programs will be held at consolidated sites throughout the County during the FCPS Winter Break.
• Session 1: Monday, December 23 – Friday, December 27, 3-day program (Closed December 24 & 25)
• Session 2: Tuesday, December 30 - Friday, January 3, 4-day program (Closed January 1)
• Children may be enrolled in just one or both sessions.

2025 Spring Camp Fairfax Program

• The Spring Program will be held at consolidated sites throughout the County during the FCPS Spring Break.
• Program Dates: Monday, April 14 - Friday, April 18

• SACC provides fun, safe and educational care for children in kindergarten-sixth grade.
• SACC’s School Year program offers before and after school services in most Fairfax County public elementary schools.
• SACC also operates full-day winter, spring and summer programs at consolidated sites throughout the county during the FCPS school breaks.
• Children with special needs are fully included in all SACC centers. In addition, SACC programs at Key and Kilmer Centers serve children and youth, ages 5-21, with multiple types of disabilities.

• SACC is available to families who reside in Fairfax County or the City of Fairfax, and serves children in kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as children and youth ages 5 - 21 participating at Key and Kilmer Centers.
• Children must be at least 5 years of age on or before September 30th of the school year for which you are requesting services.
• Employment is not required for SACC program eligibility.
