Registration for the 2025 Winter Program and 2026 Spring Program will begin on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 8 a.m.

To request services beginning Tuesday, October 14:

• By phone: Families may call 703-449-8989, Phone lines will open at 8 a.m. and are open Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., except holidays

• Families new to the SACC/Camp Fairfax program can access SACC Registration Online at https://sems.dynaxys.com/pa/unsecured/application/applicationHome.xhtml to create an account. If you do not currently have an account and wish to create one, please note it may take up to 5 days for your account to become active. Once your account is active and beginning October 14 at 8 a.m., you may submit a request for services for the 2025 Winter Program and 2026 Spring Program.
• Families with a SACC account may login beginning at 8 a.m. and request services for the 2025 Winter Program and 2026 Spring Program. Please do not log in to the system prior to 8 a.m. If you are in the system prior to that time, you will need to refresh your browser.
• If you have an account but have not logged into your account recently, please login at least 24 hours prior to the enrollment date to ensure you remember your password and can access your online account. If you are locked out of your account or need assistance to reset your password, please do not create an additional account. Please call SACC/Camp Fairfax Registration at 703-449-8989.

Winter Program 2025 The Camp Fairfax Winter Program will be held at consolidated sites throughout the County during the FCPS Winter Break. Session 1: Monday, December 22 – Friday, December 26, 3-day program (Closed December 24 & 25) Session 2: Tuesday, December 29 - Friday, January 2, 4-day program (Closed January 1) Children may be enrolled in just one or both sessions. Spring Program 2026 The Camp Fairfax Spring Program will be held at consolidated sites throughout the County during the FCPS Spring Break. • SACC provides fun, safe and educational care for children in kindergarten-sixth grade.
• SACC’s School Year program offers before and after school services in most Fairfax County public elementary schools.
• SACC also operates full-day winter, spring and summer programs at consolidated sites throughout the county during the FCPS school breaks.
• Children with special needs are fully included in all SACC centers. In addition, SACC programs at Key and Kilmer Centers serve children and youth, ages 5-21, with multiple types of disabilities.

• SACC is available to families who reside in Fairfax County or the City of Fairfax, and serves children in kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as children and youth ages 5 - 21 participating at Key and Kilmer Centers.
• Children must be at least 5 years of age on or before September 30th of the school year for which you are requesting services.
• Employment is not required for SACC program eligibility.
