SACC/Beyond the Bell Enrollment Delayed by One Business Day
The School Age Child Care (SACC)/Beyond the Bell registration system outage has been resolved. While the system has been restored, some technical issues remain. As a result, enrollment for the 2027–28 school year for the SACC and Beyond the Bell programs will be delayed by one business day:
2027-28 enrollment for schools beginning with letters O-S (Oak Hill – Sunrise Valley) will now begin on Friday, July 10.
2027-28 enrollment for schools beginning with letters T-W (Terra Centre – Woodley Hills) will now begin on Monday, July 13.
Enrollment for schools beginning with A–N opened as scheduled and remains open.

SACC Services
SACC provides fun, safe and educational care for children in kindergarten-sixth grade.
SACC’s School Year program offers before and after school services in most Fairfax County public elementary schools.
SACC also operates full-day winter, spring and summer programs at consolidated sites throughout the county during the FCPS school breaks.
Children with special needs are fully included in all SACC centers. In addition, SACC programs at Key and Kilmer Centers serve children and youth, ages 5-21, with multiple types of disabilities.
Eligibility
SACC is available to families who reside in Fairfax County or the City of Fairfax, and serves children in kindergarten through sixth grade, as well as children and youth ages 5 - 21 participating at Key and Kilmer Centers.
Children must be at least 5 years of age on or before September 30th of the school year for which you are requesting services.
Employment is not required for SACC program eligibility.
