Parents use this screen to request services for one or all children in their account. This screen displays when you click Request Services from the Current School Year, Next School Year, or Summer Enrollments tab.
A warning message is displayed on this screen with the child's eligibility requirements for requesting services.
To add a SACC service for one or all children in your account, do the following:
Select an individual child or All Children from the drop-down list. The list is sorted by oldest to youngest child and only includes children that are eligible for services.
The School Year is automatically filled in based on the tab the Request Services selection was made and it cannot be changed. The current year is displayed if the Request Services was selected from the Current School Year tab. The next year is displayed if the Request Services was selected from the Next School Year tab or Summer Enrollments tab.
Select the desired Service from the drop-down list (list only includes available services).
Select the Center from the drop-down list. The list will only include centers that offer the selected service.
Program Hours appear for summer sessions when multiple schedule types are available. Select the desired Program Hours from the drop-down list (list only includes available schedules for the selected service). The same Program Hours option must be used for each session when one child is enrolled in multiple summer sessions in the same year.
Do one of the following:
Click Add Service to add the requested service entry. The system will display the added service entry in the Requested Services screen section if the entry is successfully added. A warning message is displayed if the child is not eligible for the requested service or the requested service was added for more than two centers. See notes below.
Click Cancel to discard any entries added and return to the Current School Year, Next School Year, or Summer Enrollments tab.
Review the services added in the Requested Services screen section and make any changes (remove).
Click Save to save all requested services in the list. An error is displayed if the child is already enrolled or waitlisted for the requested service.

The Requested Services screen section appears when the first enrollment service request is added. All subsequent entries are added to the list and grouped by the oldest child first and then sorted by service.
The following columns display in the Requested Services screen section:
School Year
Child's First and Last Name along with their current grade
Service
Full Day Service Dates
Program Hours (only appears when one or more of the requested services are summer sessions)
Center
Click the icon in the Remove column to remove a requested service from the list.
