Enrollments - Summer Enrollments


 

Use the Summer Enrollments tab to cancel upcoming summer enrollmentssummer enrollmentsTypes of sessions held during the summer weeks 1 through 7 and waitlistwaitlistList of children waiting for a slot in a service offering. entries for summer sessions. You can cancel enrollments and waitlist entries displayed on this tab so long as the start date of the chosen session is not within 10 business days. New enrollment requests for SACC services can also be made from this tab.

 

The Summer Enrollments Tab

The Summer Enrollments tab displays all of the account's summer enrollments for either the current fiscal year or next fiscal year, depending on the system date. It includes the following:

 

 

 

 

Request Services

To request a SACC service for one or all children in the account, click Request Services and the New Enrollment Request screen appears. For more details, refer to New Enrollment Requests.

 

Cancel Services

To cancel an enrolled or waitlisted session, do the following:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Notes:

 

  • The current fiscal year's summer enrollments are shown from 7/1 to 8/31.

 

  • The next fiscal year's summer enrollments are shown from 9/1 to 6/30.

 

  • You will see Summer Enrollments on the Summer screen even AFTER the session has ended.

 

  • If your child's waitlist entry is currently eligible to be enrolled in an available session, the waitlist entry will be shown in the "Pending Enrollments" column. All other waitlist entries will be shown in the "Waitlisted Sessions" column. Pending Enrollment does not guarantee that a spot is available.

 

  • You will receive an error message if you click Cancel Services without selecting at least one enrollment or waitlist entry.

 

  • If you cancel an enrollment or waitlist entry in the current fiscal year, the same enrollment or waitlist entry in the next fiscal year will be removed.

 

  • If an account is locked when you first access this screen, a message is displayed in RED at the top of the screen and the Next button is disabled.

 

 

Program Hours Selection

To change the selected Program Hours for a child's enrollment, click Program Hours Selection and the Program Hours Selection screen appears. For more details, refer to Program Hours Selection.

 

The Program Hours Selection button only appears on the Summer Enrollments tab, and only when multiple Program Hours options exist for one or more of the enrollments. The button will not be displayed if the June bill for July services has been completed for the upcoming summer sessions because you have already paid for the selected Program Hours.
