Use the Summer Enrollments tab to cancel upcoming summer enrollmentssummer enrollments and waitlistwaitlist entries for summer sessions. You can cancel enrollments and waitlist entries displayed on this tab so long as the start date of the chosen session is not within 10 business days. New enrollment requests for SACC services can also be made from this tab.
The Summer Enrollments tab displays all of the account's summer enrollments for either the current fiscal year or next fiscal year, depending on the system date. It includes the following:
Account Number (upper-left corner above the Home tab)
The following columns of information:
Child's Name - first and last name
Center - the center name
Program Hours - the program schedule selected for the summer session
Enrolled Sessions - summer sessions enrolled in the pertinent fiscal year
Pending Enrollments - this column only appears when pending summer enrollments are active
Waitlist Sessions - sessions waitlisted in the pertinent fiscal year
To request a SACC service for one or all children in the account, click Request Services and the New Enrollment Request screen appears. For more details, refer to New Enrollment Requests.
To cancel an enrolled or waitlisted session, do the following:
In the leftmost column, click the box for each session to be cancelled. Or, click the box in the column heading row to select all enrolled and waitlisted sessions.
Click Cancel Services to advance to the next screen. If Cancel Services is not available, please call the Registration Staff to cancel services.
When you click Cancel Services, the SACC Cancellation Policy and Continue Cancellation screen appears.

To change the selected Program Hours for a child's enrollment, click Program Hours Selection and the Program Hours Selection screen appears. For more details, refer to Program Hours Selection.
The Program Hours Selection button only appears on the Summer Enrollments tab, and only when multiple Program Hours options exist for one or more of the enrollments. The button will not be displayed if the June bill for July services has been completed for the upcoming summer sessions because you have already paid for the selected Program Hours.
